The $2,150 monthly fee covers Black Bag's expertise, strategy, management, and agreed execution. It does not cover third-party costs for your business.
Paid Advertising Spend
Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, sponsored placements, boosted posts, and all media-buying costs. If BBM manages paid advertising, your ad budget is always separate.
Apparel & Merchandise Production
Shirts, hats, jackets, uniforms, bags, promotional merchandise, embroidery, screen printing, samples, shipping, vendor minimums, and production charges. All merchandise production is paid separately by the client.
Printing & Physical Materials
Business cards, flyers, banners, posters, brochures, signs, direct-mail postage, event displays, and packaging. Design may fall within monthly scope; production costs are separate.
Software & Third-Party Services
Domain registration, premium hosting, CRM subscriptions, email platforms, scheduling software, SMS platforms, premium plugins, stock photography, AI software, and other third-party subscriptions.
Professional Media Production
Professional photography, commercial video production, drone photography, voice actors, models, studio rentals, and large video shoots. BBM may coordinate; vendor costs are separate.
Full-Time Sales Labor
A dedicated full-time salesperson, daily outbound calling for multiple hours, door-to-door sales, full-time appointment setting, or dedicated call-center services. Large-volume sales execution requires separate pricing.
Large or Special Projects
Major website rebuilds, ecommerce builds, large product catalogs, complex web applications, custom software, large events, extensive branding projects, multi-location campaigns, and work substantially outside the approved growth plan.

If a requested project falls outside the monthly scope, BBM will explain the additional cost and obtain client approval before beginning the work. The client may then approve, postpone, modify the scope, or decline.
Black Bag Marketing will not advance money for client expenses. Any third-party cost must be approved by the client and paid before the purchase or order is placed.
